BWR™ black annealed iron wire coils in Box Wire packaging perform at their best with all the most widely used Single RAM horizontal balers on the market (Bollegraaf, Macpresse, Coparm, Presona, Machinex, Imabe, HSM, Austropressen, Bramidan, Valvan and many others).

Compatibility is total, but the real added value lies in the practicality of the packaging: wire pay-off directly from the box, wire protection and enhanced operational safety, for faster and more efficient work.

40 kg and 50 kg coils in Box Wire packaging

The product is available in 40 kg and 50 kg formats. The coil is secured with PET strapping which, unlike steel strapping, ensures compliant packaging and prevents accidental injury to operators. Each coil is placed inside the Box Wire carton, designed to ensure stability during logistics and storage. Made from recycled cardboard, it is available in various formats designed to meet operational needs and facilitate safe daily handling.

Less rust, guaranteed performance even at low temperatures

Upon request, a special spray lubrication is available to protect the wire from rust and ensure optimal performance even in very cold conditions.
Made with a specially developed eco-friendly oil, this lubrication preserves the mechanical properties of the wire while respecting the environment. Of over 6,000 tons of iron sold each year, more than 50% of companies request lubricated wire.
