Product properties

This product is available in 40-Kg and 50-Kg format. This rewound coil suits every baling press, with clockwise or counter-clockwise unrolling from the outside in. This product is bend with PET strap that, unlike the stainless one, guarantees a safe packaging and avoids accidental damages.

Continuous lubrication of the wire

The production facilities with these coils are produced have been designed and engineered in order to innovate the lubrication system. To ensure a uniformity throughout the wire the oil is applied during the production of the rewound coil with synthetic oils that comply with the latest European regulations as regards environment and safety.

Packaging options

The palletisation of this product follows a specific packing method, that guarantees a safe transport. The coils are delivered on pallets with 20, 30 or 40 coils each. If the wire is oiled the packaging contains 27 pieces.
