Each black annealed wire is cut to length, with sizes designed for the main construction applications, allowing waste reduction and time optimization. This means:

• less scrap compared to traditional coils
• more uniform and cleaner ties
• better control of wire consumption on site, with simpler warehouse management

In addition, the pre-cut format eliminates one of the most demanding and risky tasks: continuous wire cutting. Less use of cutting pliers and discs, fewer repetitive movements and less strain on hands, wrists and shoulders. Bottaro black annealed wire, soft yet strong, can be easily shaped without requiring excessive force, helping to significantly improve safety and operator well-being on construction sites.

Bottaro BWC™ black annealed wire is available in bundles designed to meet different construction site needs, from lighter operations to more complex reinforcement works.

The product is available in 25/35 kg bundles, with lengths ranging from 120 mm up to 4,000 mm for smaller diameters and up to 6,000 mm for larger diameters.

Palletized bundles protected with stretch film

Black annealed wire is packed in palletized bundles, wrapped with stretch film and provided with clear labeling including all technical and traceability information.

The bundles are palletized and protected with stretch film, ensuring stability during transport and orderly storage. At every stage, the packaging is designed to preserve product quality and simplify handling.

Product support documentation
