Manual tying on construction sites
The bars are made of black annealed wire, produced from selected European wire rod and subjected to a controlled annealing process. The result is a wire that is soft at the right point, yet with high breaking loads: a combination that facilitates manual tying and reduces the risk of sudden breakage.
Each black annealed wire is cut to length, with sizes designed for the main construction applications, allowing waste reduction and time optimization. This means:
- less scrap compared to traditional coils

In addition, the pre-cut format eliminates one of the most demanding and risky tasks: continuous wire cutting.
