One Year of Bottaro: projects, people and vision shaping the future
For Bottaro, 2025 has been a year of momentum, investments and new directions. A year in which the company continued to grow, strengthening its international identity and reaffirming its commitment to sustainability, innovation and people development. A journey made of concrete projects that, like an invisible wire, connected departments, sites and different markets around a shared goal: building a value chain that is increasingly efficient, responsible and close to customers worldwide.
Infrastructure investments: the expansion of the Novate Milanese headquarters
Among the most significant projects of 2025 is the launch of the expansion works at the Novate Milanese headquarters. An investment that increases the company’s production and logistics capacity, introduces new spaces dedicated to laboratories and further improves the efficiency of internal flows.
A strategic step to support growth in the coming years and to respond even more effectively, quickly and with higher quality to market needs.
Training and skills: Bottaro Academy and technical video tutorials
2025 also marked the launch of the Bottaro Academy, the new digital platform dedicated to technical training. The Academy brings together video tutorials and operational content designed to support operators and customers in the correct and safe use of Bottaro wire, from baling presses to hot-dip galvanizing plants.
A simple, accessible and constantly updated tool that enhances the company’s service offering and helps improve efficiency, quality and continuity in daily operations.
Digitalisation: work begins on the new corporate website
During the year, Bottaro also started the redesign of its corporate website.
The goal is to create a more intuitive platform, rich in technical content and designed to deliver a modern, functional international digital experience. An important step in a broader digitalisation journey that supports the evolution of the company and its services.
Sustainability: EcoVadis and the launch of the first Sustainability Report
The renewed EcoVadis rating, with an improved score compared to the previous year, confirmed the strength of Bottaro’s ESG model.
At the same time, work began on the company’s first Sustainability Report, a voluntary initiative that represents a further commitment to transparency, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Strategic partnerships: from the United States to the recycling value chain
2025 was also marked by valuable collaborations.
In the United States, the start of the partnership with Accent Wire Tie strengthened Bottaro’s presence in the North American market, ensuring dedicated distribution and even closer support for customers in the hot-dip galvanizing sector.
Within the recycling value chain, the collaboration with Rino Tullis gave rise to a broad and innovative co-marketing project: shared technical content, a dedicated video on vertical baling presses, an in-depth article and even a comic designed to tell the story of the industry in a new and accessible way.
A concrete example of synergy between companies that share values, vision and product culture.
International trade fairs: 10 events in 7 countries
Bottaro’s global presence was further reinforced through an intense trade fair and association calendar.
In 2025, the company took part in 10 official events across 7 countries, spanning Europe, the United States and New Zealand, strengthening relationships with galvanizers, recyclers, distributors and key stakeholders across major industrial value chains.
An ongoing commitment that underlines Bottaro’s role as an active and recognised technical partner at a global level.
Communication and content: a year of continuous dialogue with the market
Communication continued to be a key pillar throughout 2025.
The company increased the production of news and technical insights for the blog, expanded its multilingual newsletter activities and strengthened its presence on LinkedIn, both through the corporate page and via the contributions of Eng. Alberto Bottaro.
New videos were also produced, dedicated to construction wire products, vertical baling presses and recycling solutions — tools that clearly highlight the technical advantages of Bottaro products and help spread reliable information across the different industries in which the company operates.
Looking ahead
2025 confirmed the solidity of the path Bottaro has been following in recent years: investments, new projects, sustainability, training and an increasingly structured international presence.
All of this has been made possible thanks to the daily work of Bottaro people, to partners who share the same vision, and to customers who continue to choose a reliable, safe and sustainable product.
We look towards 2026 with the same determination as ever, ready to turn new ideas into concrete results and to further strengthen the invisible wire that connects people, technology and the future.
